IPS Advisors Announces Manager Promotions
IPS Advisors recently announced two team promotions within the firm’s Corporate Benefits Consulting practice area.
Stacey Farrell is now Manager of Private Sector Marketing Operations. Stacey maintains a human resources and technology background and has worked in the insurance industry in marketing, account management, and patient advocacy roles since 2004. She joined IPS Advisors in 2006 and leads the oversight of marketing operations for the firm’s private sector clients throughout the Request for Proposal process. Additionally, she coordinates and develops internal training programs for the Corporate Benefits Consulting team. Stacey is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She holds her Group 1 Life and Health License.
Charlotte Starks is now Manager of Public Sector Marketing Operations. Charlotte is an insurance industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience. She began her career in life insurance and individual disability, before transitioning from the carrier side to consulting. Charlotte has worked for the IPS Advisors Corporate Benefits Consulting team for 15 years and manages the oversight of the Request for Proposal process, guiding the firm’s municipality unit through successful bidding and negotiation procedures. Charlotte is a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston. She holds her Group 1 Life and Health License.
