IPS Advisors Adds Recovery Support Resources to Expanding Consulting Platform
Led by John Shelton, a behavioral health consultant, the information-based resources include locating and evaluating the appropriate treatment facility, conducting interventions, hosting family sessions, and providing treatment oversight to individuals throughout various stages of recovery. Services are confidential and customized for each specific case to encourage the highest possible outcomes for long-term healthful living.
"Substance abuse and mental health treatment is extremely fragmented. Families require help to clearly understand the system and provide optimal support to the person who is suffering," shares Shelton. "I'm honored to serve that need and help bring clarity to the process." Prior to his current role at IPS Advisors, Shelton spent numerous years working for employee assistance program (EAP) providers. He has been in his own recovery for 30 years.
"Addiction knows no boundaries and no one is immune to its devastation," states Randall Martell (HIA, MHP, CBC), Managing Partner at IPS Advisors. "John's extensive knowledge on the subject of recovery and passion for helping others is palpable. We are pleased to offer this unique and valuable service to our clientele."
Recovery Support Resources are available on a stand-alone basis or at the employer-level to augment an existing EAP. For additional information contact John Shelton at 817.874.3999 or email@example.com.
