IPS Advisors Charity Mission Statement

IPS Advisors believes in a strong social responsibility through company partnerships. We strive to create a positive impact for those in need in an effort to project a well-rounded internal and external view of our company.

IPS Advisors 2009 Annual Charity - Ark House

The mission of Ark House is to provide low cost temporary housing for out of town patients and their families while undergoing extended medical treatment in the Dallas area.

To accomplish this mission Ark House is guided by an all volunteer Board of Directors. They depend on volunteers to carry out the day-to-day work of finance, client contact and support, apartment management interface, donor relations and hospital social worker interactions.

In support of Ark House, the employees of IPS Advisors will participate in various activities throughout the year. Our first project was to create "Welcome Baskets" for the patients and their families. Teams were organized and a competition with judging was part of the effort. Twenty-four Baskets were delivered and they put smiles on the faces of the Ark House apartment occupants.

Other projects include collecting household items, purchasing gift cards during the holidays and donating a variety of items such as games, puzzles, books and DVDs.

To raise cash, we will be auctioning off two reserved parking spots in the parking garage at IPS. The employees of IPS can purchase raffle tickets for the auction. Two Directors of IPS will be giving up their reserved parking spots for one week as the grand prize in this contest. The employees can choose which Director's parking spot they would like to have a chance at winning when they buy their ticket(s).

IPS would like to thank their vendor/carrier partners who have supported their efforts and donated generously to the Ark House projects.
